He currently serves as the Head of the Commission for the Search of Missing Persons for the State of Sonora, where he leads coordinated efforts with families, authorities, and civil society to locate missing persons, emphasizing transparency, empathy, and innovation. His extensive career in public service also includes serving as General Director of Liaison Affairs in the Government of the State of Sonora, leading strategic programs like Sonora Cares and the Yaqui Justice Plan. He has held key positions in the Government of Nogales (Deputy Director of Government Services, Public Safety Administrator) and at the federal level, including Legal Area Director for the Secretary of Security and Citizen Protection and Head of Department within the Office of the Presidency of Mexico.
Dante’s early career in the private sector set a strong foundation for his expertise. After starting as a trainee with SEICI Core, he joined Seitsa EHS Consulting Group as a Legal Advisor, providing guidance on environmental, health, and safety regulations. Later, he was appointed as Legal Representative for MRAI International LLC, where he represented the company's interests with a strategic legal approach, complementing his public service background.
